Serving Veterans & First Responders:

The Camp4Heroes mission is to create a place of tranquility, relaxation, learning, and rebuilding for our veterans and first responders; a retreat for life, love, and respect to promote healing. At Camp4Heroes, we understand the difficulties of readjusting to civilian life after leading and leaving a life of service to our country. Camp4Heroes is a place for our heroes to re-purpose their lives in any way that they choose at our beautiful and serene compound, by enjoying various activities, learning new trades, and engaging in fellowship with others who understand and want to help with the difficulties and hardships of readjusting to civilian life.

Our goal is to provide support for the Soldiers and Marines while they are at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and then to further assist them when they transition either back to duty or back to civilian life. We are patriotic citizens committed to serving our wounded, injured and ill combat veterans. We support Veterans and their families by building relationships and identifying and supporting immediate needs and interests. We are dedicated to promoting public awareness f the many sacrifices made by our armed forces. www.operationsecondchance.org

VETS 2 SUCCESS aims to inspire, mentor, educate, and transform the lives of Veterans just like we transform what grows on our farm into culinary or craft brew creations.
Our on-the-job training programs help reintegrate Veterans into civilian life. These men and women already have the basic service mindset instilled in them from their military training. We simply give them the support and tools they need for a new mission.

Sarasota Manatee Association for Riding Therapy (SMART) is providing monthly Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) workshops for veterans from Bay Pines VA. The Warriors in Transition program was developed by Terry Murray (veteran and entrepreneur) to assist both active duty military and recent veterans as they navigate the challenges of repeated deployment cycles, as well as their eventual transition back to civilian life. The monthly workshop is aimed at empowering veterans, encouraging them to fully leverage the skills and attribute they developed during their service as they transition back to civilian life and the workforce. http://smartriders.org/programs/horse-power-for-veterans/

Goodwill Manasota has created a Veterans Task Force. Mission is to: “Provide a leadership role in addressing strategic issues and providing community-supported solutions facing veterans and their families on employment and transitioning into civilian life.” The Veterans Task Force sent a survey to numerous organizations that focus on veteran’s issues, as well as individual veterans and asked them to provide input as to the main issue facing veterans – from their perspectives. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for military veterans and their families.  We are dedicated to restoring a sense of self, restoring the family unit, and restoring hope for our military heroes and their families.  Honoring our brave military veterans who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, as well as those who have reintegrated back into civilian life after their military service, by granting wishes!  www.wishesforheroes.org

Still Serving Promos is proudly disabled Veteran-owned and operated by an all-Veteran and Veteran-family team.
When you use Still Serving for your promotional product needs, you are not only extending your marketing budget, you are also provided with exceptional customer service, and, most importantly, you assist us in our philanthropic efforts to support charities.
We proudly give back a percentage of our proceeds to support military charities that support our men and women who serve or have served and their families.  Each of these organizations are truly dedicated to honoring and supporting our American heroes.
The charities we support work with all branches of the United States Armed Forces and we take extra pride in supporting the families who have had a member of their family pay the ultimate price for our freedom.

The Naval Special Warfare Community puts their lives on the line every single day. There are 30,000 suicides reported every year in the United States. Veterans account for roughly 20% of these victims. 30% of these Veterans are also struggling with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). There are programs to help but they just don’t reach people quickly enough to make a difference. The Brian Bill Foundation provides much needed Theraputic Retreats for NSW/SOF Warriors struggling with Combat Post Traumatic Stress, TBI and Chronic Pain and follow up support. www.brianbillfoundation.org

Black Dagger Military Hunt Club (BDMHC) provides shooting, hunting, fishing, and other outdoor opportunities for Veterans and active duty military (wounded and well). BDMHC serves Veterans from all eras without limitation to when or where they served. We serve Veterans recovering from and learning to adjust to life with spinal cord injuries (SCI), traumatic brain injury (TBI), loss of sight, and post-traumatic stress (PTS) and have specialized equipment to accommodate some of the most injured military heroes thus helping our honored Veterans find their new normal. www.blackdaggermhc.org

The mission of Pit Sisters is to ensure dogs that risk shelter euthanasia can eventually thrive and be adopted into loving homes. A focus is on harder-to-adopt dogs, especially those needing extra training and care for whatever reason. Tactics used to save lives include; prison inmate dog training (T.A.I.L.S.), mobile training and education, all focusing on partnerships with animal welfare groups. https://www.pitsisters.org/

T.A.I.L.S. (Teaching Animals & Inmates Life Skills) is a collaborative effort bringing together prison inmates and hard-to-adopt shelter dogs. This is one of the largest programs of its kind in the country and fully implemented and paid for by Pit Sisters.  https://www.pitsisters.org/tails/

Our mission is to rescue dogs and cats from shelters that may otherwise be euthanized due to time limitations, illness, injuries or lack of socialization and training. We are dedicated to educating the public about the pet overpopulation crisis, the importance of spaying/neutering and responsible pet ownership. In order to be most effective, Pet Pal Animal Shelter concentrates our attention and resources on one segment of the animal problem; those in shelters and facing euthanasia. Therefore, the shelter does not accept strays. Pet Pal Animal Shelter invests hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars rehabilitating the animals we rescue.
